How long have you been in the Fitness Industry.
Twelve years, starting as a swimming teacher and gym instructor and then progressing my learning to become a Master Personal Trainer and going on to run my own very successful Personal Training Business.
What do you do to keep fit?
Well, my daughter is now a toddler so running around after her keeps me very fit, but I also train in Crossfit.
What is your favourite type of exercise?
I love using functional body weight movements to get the best results for my clients, simple exercises that are extremely effective. There is no need to complicate fitness. It should be all about having FUN.
